Privacy notice

When you create an organizer or traveler account, we collect your email address and the profile, workspace, booking, participant, contact, emergency, dietary, allergy, medical, accessibility, consent, and payment-record information you choose or are authorized to provide. We use this information to authenticate you and provide organizer and booking services.

When you request a demo, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, mobile number, organization, activity type, current tools, and any workflow concerns you choose to share. We use these details to review your request, arrange a relevant demo, and communicate about Laag As One.

Laag As One uses Supabase to authenticate accounts and securely store organizer-workspace data. Vercel hosts the application and may process standard technical data needed to deliver, analyze, and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs.

Only organizer profiles and trips explicitly published by an authorized workspace manager are publicly visible. Private contact, safety, payment, and operational details remain account-restricted. Organizers and travelers should only enter participant information they are authorized to manage.
