Terms of service

Laag As One provides organizer operations, opt-in public organizer and trip pages, and authenticated traveler booking requests. Organizers remain responsible for reviewing requests, running trips, collecting payments, and communicating operational changes. Laag As One does not currently process traveler payments.

Public booking requests begin as pending and consume listed capacity. Travelers may withdraw a pending request, which releases its capacity while preserving the booking record. After submission, booking details cannot be edited by the traveler. Changes or cancellations for a confirmed booking must be arranged directly with the organizer, including any applicable refund.

Basic and Pro accounts can begin a one-month free trial after email confirmation and successful workspace setup. No credit card is required. The trial begins when the workspace is created. After it expires, workspace data remains available in read-only mode unless access is extended or a future subscription is activated.

Submitting a demo request is free and separate from creating a trial account. It does not create a paid subscription. We will contact you using the details you provide to arrange a conversation when appropriate.

The website describes the current MVP, draft pricing, and planned product direction. Features, plan details, availability, and timing may change as Laag As One validates the organizer workflow.
